  3. I've never tried roasting my own garlic. I think I'm a gourmet chef if I use the stuff from the refridgerated bottle, and not garlic salt.....so....this has definitely set forth a challenge for me. I'm going to try out this strategy soon! Thanks for sharing this tip. :O)

  6. Your pictures are wonderful...I agree and it's making me hungry!
    I make an h'or doevre with roasted garlic that's always a hit. Roast 2 heads of garlic and bake up some chevre cheese covered in breadcrumbs. Serve w/ toasted slices of baguette and apples and pears. The garlic/cheese/fruit combo is amazing and it's good on the bread too.
